MODIV combined a multi-stage body of research with concept design workshops to develop sleep-centric brand offerings which were then tested with consumers. These results were analyzed and prioritized for commercial impacts on revenue and preference, ultimately leading to the authoring of c-suite-approved business cases for each priority concept.

Our Client was focused on establishing a differentiated offering to capture the business of the wellness-minded traveler. As this audience expands and further segments globally, their broad brand strategies prioritized getting to know this audience and creating the hotel brands they most seek.

MODIV was engaged to build the consumer-centric strategy around sleep as a part of our Client’s broader wellness efforts. Using a blend of MODIV Mindset and our agile research approach, we created a map of the modern traveler’s headspace and expectations when it comes to sleep.

With a traveler sleep mindset in hand, MODIV led our Client through design workshops to create multiple brand offerings and services which were then tested through commercial research, moving our client from concept to business case with forecasted, bottom-line impacts.
